As a client, you have access to your own area which is designed to support the work we do on our coaching calls.  In this secure, confidential site, you will be able to:

• Access your calendar to view, schedule or reschedule appointments (CALENDAR)
• Record and check progress on your goals (FORMS, Goals)
• Prepare for each coaching session using the Call Strategy Form, write session notes, upload Assignments for the Coach and send other communications via the MyLogs function. (FORMS, Call Strategy or MYLOGS)

• Evaluate your coaching experience at the end of our coaching, or give feedback in the middle of it using the Coaching Completion Form in EVALUATION.


Have you just become a new client?

You will receive an email from me with your username and password called Using the Clients Only Area. It contains all the instructions you need to get set up, and to continue to use the site effectively.


Access to the Call Strategy Form – The day before each coaching appointment, you’ll get an email reminder. At the bottom of this reminder will be a link for you to access and complete the call strategy form. The purpose of this is to help you get focused for the call and maximise the effectiveness of our time together. Or reach it directly via FORMS, Call Strategy.

Access to MyLogs - here you can make session notes, send a note to your Coach and upload Exercises  or Assignments ahead of a session. This keeps all notes and communications in one place, and replaces email.

Access to the Calendar – At any time you can review the calendar for upcoming appointments, and/or reschedule appointments. I’ll be notified immediately if any changes are made to existing appointments, so help yourself if you need to change any appointment information. This avoids the email tag/phone tag to move appointment dates/times. NB. The system uses the American date system (month/day/year)(CALENDAR)


• Updating Forms – at anytime during our coaching process you can update your Profile where your personal information is kept, your Goals form, or your Discovery form. (under FORMS tab)

Coaching Completion Form - This is usually used at the end of our coaching contract, or when a major goal has been completed. Use it too to give feedback on anything you want more or less of in our coaching at any time during the process. Your coach will respond to it during your next scheduled call. (at FORMS, Evaluation)

NOTE: Always click “Save” buttons when you enter or update any information on the forms so the system captures your data.


• There is a PAYMENTS Tab on the system. However at the moment, we are billing manually via email. We'll let you know when we change over to the new system, but for now you can ignore it. You can also ignore the SUPERVISION Tab.

Client Agreements will be sent to you by email. They are not on the system, again even though you'll see an "AgreementNew" function.


Don't worry. After clicking on the “LOGIN” link at the top center, enter your username and then click on the “I FORGOT MY PASSWORD” button. My system will automatically send you an email with your password included. Should you misplace your username, you can contact me via email and I will send you your username.
